1. Hall Hire for Community Usage
Fees will be negotiated on an individual basis for any person or group wishing to hire the hall on a regular basis in order to provide activities that will be open to the general community e.g. craft classes, singing groups, art groups, etc. Fees include GST.
As a General Rule Community Group Hire rates are as follows:
- Available for Workshops at the rate of $25/hour.
- Available for Art Exhibitions (Open to the Public) Friday night to late Sunday afternoon $170. Note: Must be booked well in advance.
2. Hall Hire for Private Events
In line with our objective to provide a suitable venue for community groups, clubs and family groups, meetings and social events the Hall Hire costs have been deliberately kept modest. Fees include GST and Public Liability Insurance. Currently the rates are:
Private Hire:
- Full Day am to midnight (Same day) $300.00 + Bond
- Full day (up to 12 hours) $240.00 + Bond
- Half Day Hire (6 hours) $130.00 + Bond
- Corporate Groups (per hour) $25.00
- Not-for-Profit Groups (per hour) $20.00
- CHILDREN’S PARTY SPECIAL (4 hours) $110.00 (no bond)
- 21st BIRTHDAY PARTIES by negotiation and with committee approval.
- WEEKEND SPECIAL – FRI 6pm until 12 noon on SUN $400.00
KRRC Members receive a 10% discount on the above figures.
Bond: $500.00 (due 1 week prior to event)
